What?

So I've known for a while that Bucky knows where his clothes go on his body. For example, he lifts his feet and legs when it's time for socks and pants for bedtime and he pushes his arms through the armholes in his shirts. This morning, however, I got a surprise. Usually I don't put socks and shoes on him during the day because it's so hot - I just wear flip-flops because the ground is gross. Today is kind of rainy so I got some socks and shoes to put on his feet. He was laying down and lifted his feet for the socks and said "socks" plain as day. Talk about a wonderful surprise! I guess they do really comprehend what we are saying to them!!
